Terms & Conditions

  1. The Regd office of RealSecure.biz is situated at Chennai.

  2. I confirm that I have completed the age of  18 years prior to my application to RealSecure.biz and their by submit my application to the company for consideration.

  3. Upon acceptance of my application as a consultant, I shall be know as an authorised consultant and shall be bound by all the terms and conditions, rules and regulations embodied in the business programme of which a copy has been shown and read to me by my sponsor prior to my application.

  4. The applicant understands he/she shall pay the registration  processing fee Rs. 500/- to "RealSecure.biz" and should make a Insurance package premium of their own choice. (Premium started from Rs. 5000 upto Rs. 60,000 only at Half-yearly mode.) The premium payment shall be made in favour of "Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd" payable at Chennai.

  5. My consultant (Genealogical placement identification) business cannot be sold assigned or transferred to any person without the prior written consent of the consultant (RealSecure.biz - Consultant).

  6. Genealogical report information is proprietary and confidential to "RealSecure.biz"  It is made open to consultant in strict and complete confidence for their own and privileged information only which is not to be divulged/made public.

  7. "RealSecure.biz" has neither collected any deposit from anyone nor forced anyone to become a consultant. Any consultant taking the business opportunity in RealSecure.biz has done so at his/her own will and discretion.

  8. The policy done by consultant by way of referral marketing is at their sole and personal discretion only and is not done under any force or favour.

  9. Balancing business commission / Income / Incentives given are purely based on sales performance as referred in the marketing plan which may vary from person to person. Consultants do not have a claim, whatsoever, if they do not perform to the required levels.

  10. I am responsible to pay all the applicable taxes The Company provide consultant with monthly statement and annual income statement by law.

  11. A consultant will not appoint any sub consultant under him except by way of referral to RealSecure.biz, a consultant will not charge any money from them in any manner.

  12. In RealSecure.biz you will be allowed a maximum of one entry only.

  13. A consultant shall not in any way misrepresent the quality, performance, or availability of insurance product. A consultant will indemnify to RealSecure.biz for any claims, cost or damages arising such misrepresentation.

  14. RealSecure.biz is not responsible for any unauthorised money transaction/business/sale carried on by any of its consultant.

  15. Consultant do not have the authority to bind to RealSecure.biz to any obligation, agreement or commitment of any kind. The consultant must not any time, in any manner, suggest or imply that he/she is in employment, in joined venture an agent or a legal representative of RealSecure.biz

  16. The consultant will be responsible for their decisions and expenditure inquired by them in this business. RealSecure.biz will not be responsible for any lose, cost claim or liability in this respect.

  17. RealSecure.biz reserves the rights to modify its business system, terms and conditions , product, premium, referral marketing plan, prices, policies and procedures deemed fit from time to time without any notice.

  18. RealSecure.biz reserves the right to reject any application their of for any reason and its discretion.

  19. Payment to consultant will be given in the form of cheques / DD/ funds transfer.

  20.  If desire to discontinue my consultant membership, I may submit my resignation at any time and for any reason upon giving 30 days written notice to the company RealSecure.biz and I may keep the business kit but I shall not entitled to any refund whatsoever.

  21. The re-admission of the resigned / terminated consultant lies solely with the discretion of the company.

  22. For all purpose, only the English version will be taken as the official copy. No printed materials by consultant member is allowed to circulate without the written approval of RealSecure.biz Otherwise consultant will be terminated.

  23. The company shall deduct tax at source from the incentives as per rates prescribed under the the Income Tax Act 1961. any consultant found guilty of spreading rumors and with misleading information shall be terminated at the sole discretion of the company.

  24. www.RealSecure.biz website loaded information shall stand the final for any clarification / details.

  25. In the event of any dispute arising between the consultant and the company relating to any matter concerned with this appointment or the subject their of or in relation to and whether as to the construction or otherwise, the me shall be referred for ARBITRATION as per the Arbitration Act 1940 one arbitrator shall be appointed by each party and two appointed arbitrators jointly shall appointed the third arbitrator, shall be final and binding on both the parties. The venue of arbitration shall be subject to Tiruppur jurisdiction.

  26. The agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country and all claims and disputes and other matters between parties of this agreement shall be brought to appropriate court of law, at Chennai.

  27. Online sign-up Id's maximum validity only 30 days. If fails to activate before 30 days by couriering the application along with DD and other specified materials online sign-up will end its validity and will be deactivated.
